A viaduct non-Newtonian fluid tuned mass damper is characterized in that a connecting steel plate and a base steel plate are in threaded connection through uniformly distributed guide columns; a barrel cover is welded to a barrel body; mounting holes for allowing the guide columns to penetrate through are formed in the periphery of the barrel cover; a non-Newtonian fluid inlet is reserved in the barrel cover; a non-Newtonian fluid outlet is formed in the bottom of the barrel body; a non-Newtonian fluid is contained in the barrel body; springs sleeve the guide columns; two ends of the spring are respectively in contact with the barrel cover and the base steel plate; and two ends of a magneto-rheological damper are respectively arranged on the barrel cover and the base steel plate. The device is reasonable in overall structural design and simple in structure, vibration of a bridge can be effectively reduced, structural noise of the bridge is reduced, and safety of the bridge is improved;according to the tuned mass damper, mass adjustment can be conducted rapidly and conveniently, the requirement for frequency adjustment during on-site installation is met, and meanwhile the purpose of three-way vibration reduction of a bridge can be achieved by comprehensively utilizing the viscosity and shear rate characteristics of a non-Newtonian fluid and dynamic side force generated in the fluid shaking process.
一种高架桥梁非牛顿流体调谐质量阻尼器,其特征在于,连接钢板与底座钢板之间通过均匀分布的导向柱螺纹相连,桶盖与桶体焊接,桶盖四周开有用于导向柱穿过的安装孔,桶盖上预留非牛顿流体加入口,桶体底设有非牛顿流体出口,桶体内盛放非牛顿流体;导向柱上套有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别与桶盖、底座钢板接触;磁流变阻尼器的两端分别安装在桶盖与底座钢板上。本发明整体结构设计合理、构造简单,能够有效减轻桥梁的振动,降低桥梁结构噪声,提高了桥梁的安全性;该调谐质量阻尼器可以快速便捷的进行质量调节,满足现场安装时频率调节的需求,同时能过够综合利用非牛顿流体粘度与剪切速率特性及流体晃动过程中产生的动侧力实现桥梁三向减振目的。
