The invention discloses a support-free hoop construction method for a cylindrical pier, belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, is mainly used for bridge cylindrical pier bent cap construction, and is particularly practical in urban bridge bent cap construction with a weak foundation, difficult drainage, high foundation treatment difficulty and high cost. A hoop comprises a panel, aconnecting plate, a reinforcing plate, a flitch and a bolt. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, pouring pier column concrete; 2, dismounting a pier stud template; 3, roughening a joint surface of a column top; 4, carrying out hoop installation; 5, laying I-shaped steel and square timber; 6, installing a bottom die; 7, carrying out preloading; 8, carrying out bottom die lofting; 9, carrying out steel bar binding acceptance; 10, mounting a side mold and an end mold; 11, pouring concrete and manufacturing a test block; 12, covering and maintaining a top surface; and 13,dismantling a template and a hoop system. Compared with traditional full framing construction equipment, the method is easy to operate, capable of saving supports and labor, attractive in appearance,capable of being repeatedly used and convenient to use.
本发明公布了一种圆柱型桥墩免支架抱箍施工方法,属于桥梁施工技术领域,主要用于桥梁圆柱墩盖梁施工,特别在处于地基软弱、排水困难、地基处理难度大,代价高的城市桥梁盖梁施工较为实用。其中抱箍包括面板、连接板、加强板、贴板及螺栓。其包括以下步骤:一、浇筑墩柱混凝土;二、墩柱模板拆除;三、柱顶接茬面凿毛;四、抱箍安装;五、铺设工字钢与方木;六、底模安装;七、堆载预压;八、底模放样;九、钢筋绑扎验收;十、侧模及端头模安装;十一、混凝土浇筑及制作试块;十二、顶面覆盖养护;十三、拆除模板及抱箍体系。本发明与传统的满堂支架施工装备,优势在于:操作简单、节省支架及劳动力,外观美,可重复利用,使用方便。
