The invention is applicable to the field of road construction protection and provides a warning device and a warning board for road construction. The warning device comprises a fixed base, a second frame body and a warning piece used for road surface warning. A mounting base is arranged at one end, away from the fixed base, of the second frame body, a first frame body is mounted on the mounting base, a hinge shaft is rotatably mounted on the first frame body, and an outer side of the hinge shaft is rotatably connected with the warning piece through a first mounting piece and used for rotatingthe warning piece around an axis of the hinge shaft; and a rotating assembly is arranged on the first mounting piece. In the invention, warning is carried out on a construction road surface through the warning piece so that accidents are reduced; and meanwhile, the warning piece is driven by the rotating assembly to rotate with a joint of the first mounting piece and the warning piece as the axis,back-and-forth swinging of the warning piece can be achieved, a dynamic warning effect is achieved, and problems that most existing warning devices can only be fixedly arranged, and the dynamic warning effect cannot be achieved are solved.
本发明适用于道路施工防护领域，提供了一种警示装置、道路施工用警示牌，所述警示装置包括固定基座、第二架体与用于路面警示的警示件，第二架体远离固定基座的一端设置有安装座，安装座上安装有第一架体，第一架体上转动安装有铰接轴，铰接轴外侧通过第一安装件与警示件进行转动连接，用于将警示件绕铰接轴的轴心线进行旋转；第一安装件上设置有转动组件。本发明通过警示件在施工路面进行警示，减少事故发生，同时通过转动组件驱动警示件以第一安装件与警示件的连接处为轴心进行转动，可以实现警示件的来回摆动，起到了动态警示效果，解决了现有警示装置大多只能固定设置，存在无法起到动态警示效果的问题。
