The invention provides a construction method of underground diaphragm walls close to subways. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) composite anchor piles are used for reinforcing and protecting bridge piles and roadbeds of the adjacent subways; (2) surveying and setting out are conducted; (3) excavation is conducted at the positions of guide walls according to surveying and settingout positioning parameters, then plain concrete cushion layers are poured, and guide wall construction is conducted; (4) all the underground diaphragm walls on the same straight line section are divided according to groove sections, and framing groove jumping construction is conducted; (5) a reinforcement cage is hoisted, and guide pipe arrangement and concrete pouring are conducted; and (6) in the step (1) and the steps (3) - (5), the deformation conditions of the bridge piles and the roadbeds of the adjacent subways are monitored, an accumulated deformation curve is generated according to monitored data, and construction parameters in the step (1) and the steps (3) - (5) are adjusted in time according to the deformation conditions. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention,the problem that in the prior art, the underground diaphragm walls close to the subways cannot meet the construction requirements can be solved.
本发明提供了一种临近地铁的地下连续墙施工方法,该施工方法包括:1)利用复合锚杆桩对相邻地铁的桥桩和路基进行加固防护;2)测量放线;3)根据测量放线定位参数在导墙位置开挖,然后浇灌素砼垫层和进行导墙施工;4)在同一直线段上的各幅地下连续墙按槽段划分进行分幅跳槽施工;5)吊装钢筋笼,进行导管布置以及混凝土浇注;6)在步骤1)以及步骤3)至步骤5)中,对相邻地铁的桥桩和路基的变形情况进行监测,根据监测到的数据生成累计形变曲线,根据变形情况及时调整步骤1)以及步骤3)至步骤5)中的施工参数。通过本申请提供的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中的邻近地铁的地下连续墙无法满足施工要求的问题。
