The invention provides a construction method of underground diaphragm walls. Steel corner posts at the joints of the single underground diaphragm walls are included. Each underground diaphragm wall comprises steel slots transversely formed in the inner side and the outer side. Inner steel inserting plates are inserted into notches of the adjacent steel slots in the inner side, outer steel inserting plates are inserted into notches of the adjacent steel slots in the outer side, and I steel for auxiliary supporting is connected between the outer steel slots and the inner steel slots in the construction stage. The steel corner posts, the I steel, the steel slots and the steel inserting plates all vertically sink into oil in a segmented manner to form steel boxes, soil mass in the steel boxesis smashed, mud replacement is carried out, the I steel is detached, and groove sections are filled with concrete. Reinforcement cages can be inserted according to the requirements. The necessary process steps in the early and later periods of traditional underground diaphragm walls are omitted; the underground diaphragm walls are continuously constructed and completely formed and have excellent quality; the underground diaphragm walls can be constructed through a small construction machine; and the construction period is greatly shortened, the construction adverse influences are greatly reduced, and economic and social benefits are remarkable.
本发明提供一种地下连续墙构建方法,包括单片地下连续墙及单片地下连续墙交接部位的钢角柱,单片的地下连续墙包括内侧及外侧横向布设的钢插槽,内侧相邻钢插槽槽口内插有内钢插板,外侧相邻钢插槽槽口内插有外钢插板,施工阶段中外侧钢插槽与内侧钢插槽之间连接有辅助支撑用工字钢。钢角柱及工字钢、钢插槽、钢插板均竖向分节段沉入土内形成钢箱,再将钢箱内土体粉碎、泥浆置换、拔除工字钢,在槽段灌注混凝土。可视需要插放钢筋笼。本发明取消了传统地下连续墙先期、后期必做的工艺步骤;连续施作,完整成型,质量优良;可采用小型施工机具施作;工期大为缩短,施工不利影响大为减少,经济社会效益显著。
