Bored pile construction method
The invention discloses a bored pile construction method. The bored pile construction method comprises the following steps of drilling a hole at a pile position to be constructed to obtain a pile foundation hole; manufacturing several reinforcement cage units, and sequentially placing the several reinforcement cage units into the pile foundation hole, and connecting two adjacent reinforcement cageunits end to end, so that several reinforcement cage units are spliced along the depth direction of the pile foundation hole to form reinforcement cages; and pouring concrete into the reinforcement cages, and after the concrete is cured and formed, obtaining a bored pile. It is understandable that the technical scheme of the invention can realize the construction of the bored pile in a limited tunnel space by completing the splicing of the reinforcement cages in the bored hole.
本发明公开一种钻孔桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:在待施工的桩位钻孔,得到桩基孔;制作若干钢筋笼单元,并将若干所述钢筋笼单元依次放入所述桩基孔,且将相邻两所述钢筋笼单元首尾连接,以使若干所述钢筋笼单元沿所述桩基孔的深度方向拼接形成钢筋笼;向所述钢筋笼内灌注混凝土,待所述混凝土固化成型,得到钻孔桩。可以理解的,本发明的技术方案通过在钻孔内完成钢筋笼的拼接能够在有限隧道空间实现钻孔桩的施工。
