The invention provides a rapid construction method for a drilling secant pile under complex geology, and belongs to the technical field of foundation pit support construction. The problem that in theprior art, due to the high complexity of an underground stratum and the limitation of a construction process, the construction efficiency is low is solved. The method comprises the steps that a construction site is predicted before construction, the stratum with the large construction difficulty is replaced and filled, a pile grinding machine is not used any more, the bottom end of a pile casing is pressed into the stratum through a pressurizer, a rotary drilling rig is adopted for drilling and soil taking through a barrel drill, when the barrel drill drills the stratum by the depth of 3-6m, the pile casing is pressed into the stratum through the pressurizer again, the operation is circulated till the pile casing reaches the designated depth, casing advancing is not needed, a full casing drilling rig does not need to be input, only the pile casing needs to be buried, the rotary drilling rig is adopted for hole forming, the construction efficiency of the secant pile is greatly improved,and the construction cost is reduced.
一种用于复杂地质下的钻孔咬合桩快速施工方法,属于基坑围护施工技术领域,解决了现有技术中由于地下地层的高度复杂性和施工工艺的限制,施工效率低的问题,采用的方法是,在施工前对施工场地进行预堪,对施工难度较大的地层进行换填,不再使用磨桩机,先将护筒底端借助加压器压入进地层,采用旋挖钻机以筒钻进行钻孔取土,每当筒钻向地层钻孔深度3‑6m时,则再次借助加压器压入护筒,循环此操作,直至护筒达到指定深度,无需套管超前,无需投入全套管钻机,只需埋设护筒,采用旋挖钻机成孔,大大提高了咬合桩的施工效率,降低了施工成本。
