Concrete anchor pier aluminum template of anchor cable frame structure
The invention provides a concrete anchor pier aluminum template of an anchor cable frame structure. The concrete anchor pier aluminum template comprises a concrete anchor pier aluminum template unit and a concrete anchor pier rib aluminum template; the concrete anchor pier aluminum template unit comprises main beam side plates, secondary beam side plates, a secondary beam bottom plate, an aluminumridge, a column, a main beam bottom plate and an anchor head of the concrete anchor pier; two main beam side plates and two secondary beam side plates form a cross shape; the concrete anchor pier ribaluminum template is located at four intersections of the main beam side plates and the secondary beam side plates of the concrete anchor pier aluminum template unit; and the main beam side plates and the secondary beam side plates are connected with each other through a concrete rib aluminum template. The aluminum template of the invention is a novel concrete anchor pier design, fresh mixed concrete is used in a pouring process according to the position of a previously designed concrete anchor pier and the corresponding geometric shape, so that the aluminum template is hardened into a modelof a reinforced concrete structure or a component, thus the aluminum template has the characteristics of reducing on-site construction steps, shortening the construction period, realizing standardizedmanagement and production, ensuring the quality, and being economical and environmentally friendly.
