Prestressed concrete anchor pier steel formwork of assembly type frame structure
The invention relates to a concrete anchor pier steel formwork of an assembly type frame structure. The concrete anchor pier steel formwork comprises a concrete anchor pier steel formwork unit and a concrete anchor pier rib steel formwork. The concrete anchor pier steel formwork unit comprises main beam side plates, secondary beam side plates, a secondary beam bottom plate, steel joists, split bolts, columns, a main beam bottom plate and an anchor head portion of a concrete anchor pier. The two main beam side plates and the two secondary beam side plates form a cross shape. The concrete anchorpier rib steel formwork is located at the four intersections of the main beam side plates and the secondary beam side plates of the concrete anchor pier steel formwork unit. The main beam side platesand the secondary beam side plates are connected through the concrete rib steel formwork. The steel formwork is designed for the novel concrete anchor pier, fresh concrete is hardened into a model ofa reinforced concrete structure or component according to the position and the corresponding geometrical shape of the designed concrete anchor pier in the pouring process, and the concrete anchor pier steel formwork has the advantages of reducing site construction steps, shortening the construction period, achieving standardized management and production, ensuring the quality, and being economical and environmentally friendly.
