Inner supporting steel pipe pile-free cofferdam structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides an inner supporting steel pipe pile-free cofferdam structure and a construction method thereof. The inner supporting steel pipe pile-free cofferdam structure comprises an innerrow encircled by steel pipe piles and an outer row encircled by steel pipe piles, a cofferdam cavity is formed between the inner row and the outer row, the cofferdam cavity is filled with clay to forma clay wall, the bottoms of the steel pipe piles are inserted into a water bottom soil layer, a strap is connected among the upper ends of the steel pipe piles in the same row, pull rods are connected among the steel pipe piles in the two rows, and adjacent steel pipe piles in the same row are separated. By adopting a structure of filling inner and outer steel pipe pile walls with clay, each rowof the steel pipe pile walls use separated steel pipe piles and are connected by a transverse part. The quantity of the used steel pipe piles is few, so that the cost is relatively low. The two rows of steel pipe pile walls and the middle clay wall have single member supporting ability without inner support of the cofferdam, so that it is convenient for construction of a bearing platform and a pile foundation.
本发明提供一种无内支撑钢管桩围堰结构及其施工方法,包括由钢管桩围成的内排和由钢管桩围成的外排,内排和外排之间形成围堰腔,围堰腔内填充粘土形成粘土墙,钢管桩的底部插入到水底土层内,同一排的钢管桩上端之间连接有背带,两排的钢管桩之间连接有拉杆,同一排的相邻钢管桩之间相互分离。采用内外两排钢管桩墙、中间填充粘土的结构,每一排的钢管桩墙采用相互分离的钢管桩并通过横件连接而成,钢管桩使用数量少,成本较低,两排钢管桩墙和中间粘土墙具有单体构件支撑能力,无需围堰内部支撑,方便承台、桩基施工。
