The invention provides a lifting operation platform for connection channel drilling construction. A supporting framework and a lifting platform are included, wherein the lifting platform is arranged on the supporting framework and moves up and down in the height direction of the supporting framework. The supporting framework comprises two square frames. Each square frame comprises two stand columns and first horizontal connecting columns for connecting the two stand columns. The lifting platform comprises two second horizontal connecting columns, a construction platform supporting framework and a construction platform laid on the construction platform supporting framework. Hooks are arranged on the tops of the square frames and hang electric hoists. Lifting hooks are arranged at the two ends of the lifting platform, and cable hooks of the electric hoists are connected with the lifting hooks in a hanging manner. The invention further provides a preparing method of the above lifting operation platform. The lifting operation platform can meet the different-height punching requirements in connection channel freezing hole construction, accordingly, the construction time is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
