Batholith seabed cable-laying device and laying method thereof
The invention discloses a batholith seabed cable-laying device. The batholith seabed cable-laying device comprises a machine body, propeller thrusters, a cable guide pipeline, a soil drilling mechanism, a walking mechanism and a control system, wherein at least one propeller thruster is respectively arranged on two opposite sides in the length direction of the machine body; the cable guide pipeline is obliquely and downwards arranged in the machine body in a penetrating manner from top to bottom in the length direction of the machine body; the soil drilling mechanism is mounted at the front part of the machine body in a penetrating manner; the walking mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the machine body; the control system is mounted on the machine body; the propeller thrusters, the soildrilling mechanism and the walking mechanism are in signal connection with the control system respectively. The invention further discloses a laying method of the batholith seabed cable-laying device. The batholith seabed cable-laying device has the advantages that the soil drilling mechanism is combined with other parts so that the device realizes slotting work aiming at a batholith seabed and can synchronously realize the laying work of submarine cables, the requirements of laying the submarine cables can be met and the submarine cables can be safely and effectively protected, the submarinecables are prevented from being damaged, and the batholith seabed cable-laying device is reasonable in structure, easy to produce and manufacture and high in working efficiency.
本发明公开了一种岩基海床铺缆装置,包括机体、螺旋桨推进器、导缆管道、钻土机构、行走机构、控制系统,螺旋桨推进器在机体长度方向相对两侧分别至少安装有一个,导缆管道沿所述机体长度方向从顶部至底部斜向下穿设于机体中,钻土机构穿设安装于机体的前部,行走机构安装于机体的底部,控制系统安装于机体上,螺旋桨推进器、钻土机构、行走机构分别与控制系统信号连接。并公开了其铺设方法。本发明的优点是:通过钻土机构与其他部件的结合,本装置实现了针对岩基海床的开槽作业,并可同步实现海底电缆的铺设作业,可以满足铺设海底电缆的要求并能够安全有效地保护海底电缆,防止海底电缆的破损,结构合理,生产制造容易,作业效率高。
