Fabricated concrete building and installation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building engineering, in particular to a fabricated concrete building and an installation method thereof. According to a building structure, an angle connecting piece is a right-angle-type structure formed by a first plate being perpendicularly connected with a second plate each other, and first screw holes are formed in the first plate and the second plate; floors are used as installation base surfaces, an outer wallboard, an inner wallboard and the first screw holes on the angle connecting piece are installed on the floors through bolts, the outer wallboard and the inner wallboard are installed with the first screw holes in the angle connecting piece through the bolts, and the inner wallboard is used for dividing a space area enclosed by an outer wall; a flat connecting piece is of a platy structure provided with a second screw hole, and the adjacent floors are connected with the bolts through the second screw hole in the flat connecting piece; and the angle connecting piece is pre-embedded in the outer wallboard and/or the inner wallboard. According to the fabricated concrete building and the installation method thereof, the connecting pieces and the bolts are adopted to connect a prefabricated building, so that each force bearing point at joints is provided with common stress of the multiple bolts and the connecting pieces, and thus thebuilding has high anti-seismic capacity.
本发明涉及建筑工程领域,尤其涉及一种装配式混凝土建筑及其安装方法。建筑结构为:角连接件是由第一板体和第二板体相互垂直连接形成的直角形结构,第一板体和第二板体上均开设有第一螺孔;楼板作为安装基面,外墙板、内墙板均通过螺栓与角连接件上的第一螺孔安装在楼板上,外墙板和内墙板之间通过螺栓与角连接件上的第一螺孔安装在一起,内墙板用于分割外墙围成的空间区域;平连接件为开设有第二螺孔的板状结构,相邻的楼板之间通过平连接件上的第二螺孔与螺栓实现连接;角连接件预埋在外墙板和/或内墙板上。本发明通过采用连接件和螺栓对预制建筑进行连接,使连接处的每个受力点有多个螺栓及连接件共同受力,使建筑具备更强的抗震能力。
