Structure jacking device and jacking method thereof
The invention relates to a structure jacking device and a jacking method thereof. The jacking device comprises a jack under a building, a piton of the jack faces downwards, the end of the piston is connected with a top cap cushion block, and the two sides of the jack are provided with supporting lugs; and a plurality of layers of combined cushion blocks are installed on a base support to form a plurality of layers of sealed frame type supports, and the supporting lugs and the top cap cushion block alternately support the jack to work. The jacking method comprises the steps that primary installing is conducted, the jack conducts jacking, a layer of left cushion blocks and a layer of right cushion blocks are installed, a cylinder of the jack is taken back, the next layer of front cushion blocks and rear cushion blocks are installed, and in this way, a plurality of jacking circulations are performed to arrive the preset height. The jacking device of the invention is low in cost, the stability of supporting cushion blocks is good, and assembling and disassembling are facilitated. The jacking method adopting the jacking device is easy to operate, the jacking process is safe and reliable, and the jacking efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种结构物顶升装置及其顶升方法,顶升装置包括建筑物下方的千斤顶,千斤顶活塞向下,活塞端部连接顶帽垫块,千斤顶两边设置支撑耳,基础支撑上安装的多层组合垫块形成多层封闭框架式支撑,通过支撑耳和顶帽垫块交替支撑千斤顶工作。顶升方法的步骤为初始安装,千斤顶顶升,安装上一层左垫块、右垫块,千斤顶收缸,安装下一层的前垫块、后垫块,如此进行多个顶升循环达到预定高度。本发明的顶升装置成本低,支撑垫块稳定性好,便于装拆。使用该顶升装置的顶升方法操作简单,顶升过程安全可靠,顶升效率高。
