The invention discloses an environment-friendly building partition wall construction method. The environment-friendly building partition wall construction method comprises the following step I of production and processing of a prefabricated partition wall structure; the step II of construction of a skeleton structure; the step III of combination of a prefabricated partition wall and the skeleton structure; and the step IV of facade plastering of the partition wall. The prefabricated partition wall structure in the step I refers to the partition wall, and a mounting block is inlaid in the leftend of the partition wall; the right end of the partition wall is fixedly connected with connecting blocks, and wallboard monomers are connected through the connecting blocks; the skeleton structure in the step II refers to cross members and vertical members, and blocky structures in the same size and shape as the connecting blocks are arranged on the cross members and the vertical members equidistantly; and the connection between wallboards and the cross members and the vertical members is finished. According to the environment-friendly building partition wall construction method, the reliability of the connection between the wallboards and building floors, and between building external walls and building columns can be ensured, and the overall stability of the wallboards can be ensured.
