The invention provides a precast fabricated concrete member dense sleeve parallel grouting system and method. The system comprises multi-row and multi-column steel bars pre-embedded in an existing component, and further comprises multi-row and multi-column sleeves in one-to-one correspondence to the steel bars, adjacent rows of sleeves in all the columns are connected together in series by a horizontal lower connecting pipe and a horizontal upper connecting pipe, the horizontal lower connecting pipe communicates with inner cavities of adjacent sleeves in a through mode into a slurry pouring input channel, the horizontal upper connecting pipe is connected to adjacent sleeves to form a slurry outlet channel, a slurry outlet sleeve is arranged in each column, an upper opening of an inner cavity of each of the remaining sleeves except the slurry outlet sleeve is separated by a slurry separation plate, each column of sleeves are provided with a slurry inlet and a slurry outlet at the outerwall of an assembly component, and slurry enters the first row of sleeves from the slurry inlet and fills all rows of sleeves of the column through the slurry pouring input channel and flows to the slurry outlet channel from the slurry outlet sleeve to flow out of the slurry outlet. According to the system, transferring flow distance of grouting can be reduced, and a grouting hole formed in the surface of a concrete member is further reduced.
