Prefabricated concrete member dense sleeve series grouting system and method
The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete member dense sleeve series grouting system and method. The system comprises a plurality of rows and columns of steel bars pre-buried in an existing member, also comprises a plurality of rows and columns of sleeves pre-buried in an assembly member in one-to-one correspondence with the steel bars, the upper portion and the lower portion of the outer wall of each sleeve are respectively provided with a pipe opening communicated with an inner cavity of the sleeve to serve as a grout inlet pipe opening and a grout outlet pipe opening, the grout outlet pipe openings of each row of front-row sleeves are connected to the grout inlet pipe openings of the rear-row sleeves through horizontal connecting pipes, and the grout inlet pipe openings of each row of first-row sleeves are communicated with grout inlets formed in the outer wall of the assembly component, and the slurry outlets of the last row of sleeves in each column are communicated with the slurry outlets opened in the outer wall of the assembly component. The multiple rows of grouting sleeves are connected in series, the length of a grout inlet channel and the length of a grout outletchannel are reduced, grout flows more smoothly, and the integrity of components is better. And meanwhile, the sleeve stepped arrangement is innovatively adopted, so that grouting can be started fromthe bottom of the sleeve, and the grouting quality is better guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式混凝土构件密集套筒串联灌浆系统及方法,该系统包括预埋于现有构件的多排多列钢筋,还包括与钢筋一一对应地预埋于装配构件的多排多列套筒,每个套筒外壁上部和下部各设有一个与套筒内腔连通的管口作为入浆管口和出浆管口,每列前排套筒的出浆管口通过水平连接管连接于后排套筒的入浆管口,每列首排套筒的入浆管口与开口于装配构件外壁的入浆口相通,每列末排套筒的出浆口与开口于装配构件外壁的出浆口相通。本发明对多排灌浆套筒进行串联连接,减少入浆通道和出浆通道长度,使得浆液的流动更加顺畅,也使得构件的整体性更好。同时还创新性地采用了套筒阶梯形布置,使灌浆能从套筒的底部开始,更好地保证了灌浆质量。
