The invention discloses a high-strength power transmission line pole tower. The high-strength power transmission line pole tower comprises a base; a rod body is arranged on the top outer wall of the base; a grounding lead is embedded in the rod body; one end of the grounding lead is sleeved with a protective sleeve; a fixed column is connected with one end of the protective sleeve in an inserted manner; a lightning receiving ball is arranged on the top outer wall of the fixed column; a lightning receiving pin is arranged on the peripheral outer wall of the lightning receiving ball; bearing seats are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the rod body correspondingly; rotating columns are rotatably connected with the inner walls of one sides of the bearing seats; one ends of the rotating columns are sleeved with shaft sleeves; fan blades are arranged at the outer walls of the shaft sleeves; fixing frames are arranged at the outer walls of the rod body; and grounding terminals are arranged at the bottom outer wall of the base. According to the invention, a high-strength utility pole has a good lightning protection function, so that the stability and safety of power transmission of the utility pole in thunderstorm weather are ensured; and meanwhile, the lightning receiving ball and the lightning receiving pin can also avoid a lightning shielding failure and side impact.
