The construction of the Jarud-Shandong +/-800kV extra-high-voltage direct-current transmission line project can improve the surplus electric energy delivery capacity of a northeast power grid and promote the development of northeast energy bases and related industries, so that the economic development of northeast regions is promoted; and the demand of Shandong power grid load increase can be met.
