The invention discloses a device for replacing damaged telegraph poles by adopting clamping of mechanical claws. The device comprises a work box, an erecting mechanism is arranged at the front end ofthe work box, rear wheels of a vehicle for transporting a new telegraph pole are pressed on a pressing plate, the gravity center is stabilized, a foundation pit hole is drilled at the proper positionby a soil drilling mechanism firstly, a proper amount of concrete is poured into the foundation pit hole in combination with a stirring device in the work box, a foundation pit for the new telegraph pole is manually treated, the new telegraph pole is vertically, slowly and downwards descended into the foundation pit through the erecting mechanism and a clamping mechanism, and after the new telegraph pole is fixed, a scaling ladder mechanism is used for lifting operators to the top ends of the new and old telegraph poles to replace wire connection between the new and old telegraph poles. The device can be transported together with the new telegraph pole, thereby being convenient and fast to use, the tool is properly used, in practical operation, the coordination of a crane can be avoided, the manpower and material resources are saved and the efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种通过机械爪夹持的更换破损电线杆的装置,包括工作箱,所述工作箱前端设有立直机构,将运输新电线杆的车辆后轮压在压板上,以稳定重心,首先利用钻土机构在合适位置钻出基坑土洞,在结合工作箱中的搅拌装置将适量的混凝土灌入基坑土洞,经过人工处理做好新电线杆的基坑,利用本发明中的立直机构和夹紧机构,将新电线杆竖直并缓慢向下降落至基坑中,固定好后使用云梯机构抬升操作人员至新旧电线杆顶端更换二者间的电线连接,本发明可以和新电线杆随车一起运输,方便快捷,工具利用得当,在实际操作中可以省却吊车的配合,节省人力物力,效率高。
