Through optimally arranging a torque converter gearboxand a transmission mechanism, the torque converter gearbox and the transmission mechanism are integrally arranged on the upper frame of an excavator so as to form an automatic gear mechanism, an original manual gear is changed into an automatic gear, continuously variable transmission is realized, and a driver can drive the excavator flexibly and conveniently, so that the working efficiency and the safety of the driver are improved; and secondly, engine power is output to an overrun clutch through a twin-turbo hydraulic torque converter and is then transmitted to a planetary gear clutch, thepower is transmitted to an output shaft through a friction plate cloth and is output through the output shaft, the twin-turbo hydraulic torque converter is adopted, the output of torque and rotate speed can be automatically adjusted according to an external load change, no violent vibration can be produced during the external load change, an engine is not easy to flame out, the engine power is sufficiently exerted and utilized, and the excavator has good adaptivity.
