Hydraulic control system for power gearbox of wheel excavator
The invention discloses a hydraulic control system for a power gearbox of a wheel excavator. The hydraulic control system comprises a main pump (4), a gear pump (5), a pilot pump (6), a motor pump (11), an electromagnetic reversing valve bank (9), a power gear shifting valve (13) and a gearbox (14). The main pump, the gear pump and the pilot pump are driven by an engine (3), the motor pump is formed by driving a gear pump (11-2) through a motor (11-1), and the electromagnetic reversing valve bank, the power gear shifting valve and the gearbox sequentially communicate. The gear pump communicates with an oil inlet of the motor through a central revolving body (10). The pilot pump communicates with the power shift valve through the electromagnetic reversing valve bank. The gearbox communicates with the gear pump through the power shift valve. According to the hydraulic control system for the power gearbox of the wheel excavator, the motor pump and the specially-made power shift valve areadditionally arranged to change the hydraulic control system of a clutch, the stability of the hydraulic system is improved, gear shifting is smoother, the labor intensity of a driver is thus relieved, and the operation efficiency is improved. Especially, through the addition of the motor pump, the reliability of the gearbox is greatly improved.
