The invention relates to the technical field of heating detection. The invention aims to provide the novel coronavirus detection device with the fever crowd positioning function, which can improve thefever detection efficiency. The device comprises a door-shaped passing gap, thermal imaging heating detection equipment installed on the passing gap, and interception equipment arranged on the two sides of the passing gap. The passing gap comprises a U-shaped passing passage for people to pass through and a top cover arranged above the passing passage; the thermal imaging heating detection equipment is installed on the top cover of the passing passage and faces the passing passage. The thermal imaging heating detection device comprises a master controller, an infrared imaging camera and a tracking marking mechanism. And the tracking marking mechanism and the infrared imaging camera are electrically connected with the main controller. According to the invention, high-risk and suspected-risk passing personnel can be marked from the crowd, and compared with a traditional mode of manually confirming the risk personnel from the crowd, the device has the advantages that more manpower is saved, and meanwhile, misrecognition is prevented.
