The invention discloses a crowd safety isolating device with a protective function. The crowd safety isolating device comprises a left support pillar and a right support pillar. Walking mechanisms arefixedly arranged at the lower parts of the left support pillar and the right support pillar. A second sliding rail is arranged on the right side of the surface of the left support pillar, and a thirdsliding rail is arranged between a first sliding rail and the second sliding rail. A sliding block is arranged in the second sliding rail. Active protective mechanisms are fixedly arranged at the upper parts of the left support pillar and the right support pillar. A left protective pillar is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the active protective mechanism on the left support pillar, and fourth sliding rails are arranged on the two sides of the surface of the left protective pillar. The surface of a second sliding block is connected with an upper protective railing through a rotation shaft. The crowd safety isolating device can be folded during use, so the occupied area is less. Moreover, the device has a passive protective structure and also has an active protective structure, so thedevice can give an alarm when being touched by outsiders, and further the safety of the device in use is increased.
