Inspection robot automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out charging system and method and computer storage medium
The invention relates to the field of industrial inspection robots, and discloses an inspection robot automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out charging system and method, and a computer storage medium. The system comprises a charging room base station, a station controller, and an SBOX inter-network connector, wherein the station controller is the control center of the inspection robot charging room control system; the SBOX inter-network connector is connected with a switch and used for achieving network interconnection between the charging room base station and the station controller, and thecharging room base station is in communication connection with an inspection robot center control system of the inspection robot; the station controller comprises a processor, a memory connected withthe processor and an inspection robot automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out charging program which is stored in the memory and can run in the processor, and the inspection robot automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out charging program is executed by the processor to achieve automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out of the inspection robot. Data transmission between the inspection robot and thecharging room station controller is transferred through the SBOX inter-network connector, the advantages of infinite data transmission and no blockage are achieved, and smooth operation of warehouse-in and warehouse-out and charging logics is ensured.
