Through mutual cooperation of an electric telescopic rod, a moving frame and a rotating rod, a vehicle cover can be rapidly driven to deflect, after the vehicle cover deflects, a first motor can be driven to rotate forwards or reversely through different triggering effects of the vehicle cover on a triggering assembly, and therefore a limiting block is driven to move forwards or backwards to open or lock a box cover; therefore, the electric control box can be opened or closed automatically, the disassembly and assembly steps are simplified, and the installation or maintenance efficiency of internal devices is improved conveniently.
