The preparation method includes the steps of preparing a mold, preparing a vibration impactor, preparing a pile tip steel framework, putting the pile tip steel framework into the mold, pouring and vibrating concrete and carrying out curing and mold stripping. The precast concrete pile tip prepared in the invention is good inquality, high in capacity of penetrating through a hard soil layer, high in preparing efficiency and low in cost. The vibration impactor is inserted into a closed concrete filling space of the mold for preparing the precast concrete pile tip, the concrete in the space forms upward pressure, the problem that a common vibration method can not vibrate the concrete to the bottom of the steel end plate at the top of the concrete of the pile tip to be attached and compacted is solved, pile forming quality can be ensured, and engineering quality and safety are guaranteed.
