Precast concrete pile
The precast concrete pile comprises a pile body, one end of a main reinforcement of the precast concrete pile is connected with a connecting pipe, the other end of the main reinforcement of the precast concrete pile is connected with a tensioning sleeve, the connecting pipe is arranged in the pile body, and a port of the end, away from the main reinforcement, of the connecting pipe faces the outer side of the end face of the pile body; the tensioning sleeve is arranged in the pile body, a port of the end, away from the main reinforcement, of the tensioning sleeve faces the outer side of the end face of the pile body, an inserting rod is fixed to the port of the tensioning sleeve and comprises an inserting rod fixing part and an inserting rod clamping part, and the length of the inserting rod clamping part is larger than or equal to three times of the diameter of the main reinforcement. The length of the internal space of the connecting pipe is greater than or equal to three times of the diameter of the main rib; and the inserting rod clamping parts of the two adjacent precast concrete piles can be inserted into the connecting pipes and are clamped with the clamping pieces. According to the prefabricated concrete pile disclosed by the invention, real coaxial and consistent connection of the pile-forming main reinforcements is realized, so that the shearing resistance, the bending resistance and the pulling resistance of one pile are optimal.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土桩,包括桩身,预制混凝土桩的主筋一端与连接管相连,另一端与张拉套筒连接,连接管设置于桩身内且连接管远离主筋的一端端口朝向桩身的端面外侧,连接管内设有卡固件,张拉套筒设置于桩身内且张拉套筒远离主筋的一端端口朝向桩身的端面外侧,张拉套筒的端口固定有插杆,插杆包括插杆固定部和插杆卡接部,插杆卡接部的长度大于或等于主筋直径的三倍,连接管的内部空间的长度大于或等于主筋直径的三倍;相邻两根预制混凝土桩的插杆卡接部能够插入连接管中并与卡固件卡接。本发明公开的预制混凝土桩实现了真正的成桩主筋同轴、一致连接,使得一根成桩的抗剪性能、抗弯性能和抗拔性能最优。
