High-strength asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of asphalt concretes. The high-strength asphalt concrete comprises 250-300parts of aggregate, 25-50 parts of asphalt, 3-8 parts of an adhesive, 10-25 parts of mineral powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of lignocellulose, 0.5-1 part of chitin, 1-2 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of silicon nitride and 1-2 parts of porous ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, putting the aggregate into a drying barrel, stirring and drying, adding the adhesive, the mineral powder, the silicon nitride, the porous ceramic and the lignocellulose, and continuously and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed base material; S2, heating asphalt to 155-200 DEG C, putting the asphalt into a stirring cylinder in step S1, and uniformly stirring; and S3, adding chitin and the dispersant into the stirring cylinder in step S2, uniformly stirring, and discharging to obtain the product. The asphalt concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high structural strength and long service life of an asphalt concrete pavement.
