The high-strength anti-rut asphalt concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of cement, 65-85 parts of coarse aggregate, 19-23 parts of fine aggregate, 18-27 parts of modified asphalt, 2-5 parts of fibers, 0.4-0.7 part of an anti-rut agent, 3-4 parts of epoxy resin and 3-4 parts of a curing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the rice husk charcoal; preparing modified asphalt; uniformly mixing the dried and crushed coarse aggregate with cement and fine aggregate to obtain a mixture A; heating the modified asphalt, then adding epoxy resin, a curing agent and fibers, stirring for a period of time, adding the mixture A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture B; rolling the mixture B until the surface is smooth, and cooling; the asphalt concrete prepared by the invention can bear the operation of vehicles with large load and high tire pressure and can bear larger shear stress, the deformation resistance is also greatly improved, and the water stability is stronger.
