The invention belongs to the field of building mortar, and particularly relates to single-component radiation-proof special mortar which is prepared by S1, a step of extracting barium sulfate, namelya step of extracting 1,000 kg of high-purity barium sulfate from barite according to a standard; S2, a step of preparing a combined product, namely a step of S21) directly adding 200-250 kg of cementinto the barium sulfate without singly purchasing materials for proportioning, adding water, and stirring to form a finished product; S22) adding 10-20 kg of rubber powder into the formed finished product, and stirring to fully mix the rubber powder and the finished product, so as to increase the cohesiveness of the finished product; S23) continuously adding 1-3 kg of cellulose into the finishedproduct, and stirring to fully mix, so that the flexibility of the product is improved, and the crack resistance of the product is high; and S24) adding 50-200 kg of silica fume into the finished product and stirring for uniform mixing to improve compactness of the product. The product disclosed by the invention has the advantages of few impurities, high grade, high specific gravity, high equivalent weight, strong cohesiveness, high flexibility, convenience in use and high crack resistance, and can achieve the effect by using a small amount of equivalent anti-radiation materials.
本发明属于建筑砂浆领域,尤其是单组分防辐射专用砂浆,包括如下步骤:S1硫酸钡提取:从重晶石中按标准提取高纯度硫酸钡1000公斤;S2组合产品制备:S21不用自己单一买材料去配比,直接在上述硫酸钡中添加200‑250公斤水泥,加水搅拌形成成品;S22在形成的成品中添加胶粉10‑20公斤,搅拌使其充分混合,增加成品的粘结性;S23继续在成品中添加纤维素1‑3公斤,搅拌使其充分混合,增加产品柔韧性,产品抗裂度高;S24继续在成品中加入硅灰50‑200公斤,搅拌使其充分混合,增加产品密实性。本发明产品杂质少,品位高,高比重,当量高,使用少量同等防辐射材料即可达到效果,同时,产品粘结性强,柔韧度高,方便使用,抗裂性高。
