The invention discloses a high-strength reinforcing repair mortar. The high-strength reinforcing repair mortar is formed by combining a material A and a material B, wherein the weight ratio of the material A to the material B is 7: 3; the material A is prepared from, by weight, 20-22 parts of special cement, 35-38 parts of ordinary cement, 10-12 parts of a mineral admixture, 0.5-1 part of anti-cracking fibers, 3-6 parts of bone meal and 2-5 parts of anhydrite; and the material B is prepared from, by weight, 9-10 parts of a superplasticizer and 19-21 parts of a polymer emulsion. The high-strength reinforcing repair mortar prepared in the invention is simple and convenient to operate, has good cohesiveness and strong binding force, does not fall down during trowelling, and can be widely applied to repair of highway buildings and concrete members.
