HIGH STRENGTH MORTAR COMPOSITION FOR REPAIR, HIGH STRENGTH MORTAR FOR REPAIR COMPRISING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a high strength mortar composition for repair, high strength mortar including the same, and a method for producing the same. According to the present invention, the high strength mortar composition includes a cement binder in which ordinary Portland cement (OPC) as a first type cement and calcium alumina cement (CAC) are mixed, an inorganic binder in which aggregate and fly ash are mixed, an acryl-modified emulsion resin, an antifoaming agent, gypsum, a fiber in which 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a basalt fiber is used, a fluidizing agent, a retarder, a curing accelerator and a thickener. The high strength mortar composition has excellent performance of adhesiveness to a base concrete structure, maintains appropriate workability, can obtain desired compression strength within a short time, has decreased thermal contractility, reduces generation of tensile strength, can solve a curing time delay problem in winter, reduces water permeability by preventing generation of fine cracks, and thus can increase durability.
본 발명은 보수용 고강도 몰탈 조성물, 이를 포함하는 보수용 고강도 몰탈 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 보수용 고강도 몰탈 조성물은 시멘트 결합재, 무기결합재, 아크릴 개질 에멀젼 수지, 소포제, 석고, 파이버, 유동화제, 지연제, 경화촉진제 및 증점제를 포함하되, 상기 시멘트 결합재는 1종 시멘트인 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(OPC)와 칼슘 알루미나 시멘트(CAC)가 혼합되어 사용되고, 상기 무기결합재는 골재와 플라이 애시가 혼합되어 사용되며, 상기 파이버는 현무암 섬유 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부가 사용된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 바탕 콘크리트 구조물과의 접착 성능이 우수하고 양호한 작업성을 유지하면서 단시간에 원하는 압축강도를 얻을 수 있으며, 열수축성이 떨어지고 인장응력의 발생을 저감시키며, 겨울철 양생 시간의 지연문제를 해결할 수 있고, 미세균열의 발생을 억제하여 투수성을 감소시켜서 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
