Centering device for prefabricated pipe pile and installation method thereof
The invention discloses a centering device for a prefabricated pipe pile and an installation method thereof. The centering device comprises fixed end rods, a centering piece, a second fastening connecting piece and a laser generator, wherein the number of the fixed end rods is two, the fixed end rods are arranged oppositely, the fixed end rods are provided with sliding grooves, scale lines are arranged in the length direction of the sliding grooves, far ends of the fixed end rods are provided with first fastening connecting pieces, one end of the centering piece is overlapped with one of the fixed end rods in a sliding mode, the other end of the centering piece is overlapped with the other fixed end rod in a sliding mode, a horizontal air bubble is arranged on the centering piece, the second fastening connecting piece penetrates through the sliding grooves and is connected between the fixed end rods and the centering piece, and the laser generator is arranged at the center of the centering piece. According to the device, the distance between the two fixed end rods is adjusted to realize the adaptation of prefabricated pipe piles with different inner diameters; the centering piece is arranged in a sliding connection relative to the two fixed end rods, and the adjustment is flexible; and the calibration is achieved by using the scale lines, the centering piece is precisely located in the middle of the two fixed end rods, and thus ensuring that the laser generator can complete the centering arrangement.
