The invention relates to a centering device for a prefabricated tubular pile and a mounting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tubular pile construction.The centering device comprises a fixed end rod and a centering rod, a laser generator is arranged in the center of the surface of the centering rod, a connecting piece is arranged at the end, away from the centering rod, of the fixed end rod, and a dovetail block is fixedly arranged on the fixed end rod; a dovetail groove allowing the dovetail block to slide and abut against is formed in the bottom wall of the centering rod, and a centering cavity is formed in the centering rod; racks are fixedly arranged on the dovetail blocks, a group of driving gears are symmetrically and rotationally arranged in the centering cavity, one driving gear is meshed with one rack, the other driving gear is meshed with the other rack, a plurality of driven gears are symmetrically arranged between the two driving gears, and the driven gears are sequentially meshed with one another; wherein one driving gear is meshed with the driven gear at one end, and the other driving gear is meshed with the driven gear at the other end. The centering device has the advantages that the operation difficulty during operation of the centering device is improved, and the mounting convenience is improved.
