The invention relates to an outer wrapping waterproof construction method for penetrating through a metal roof panel component. After the first waterproof coiled material and the second waterproof coiled material are laid, the waterproof coating layer is smeared for external waterproofing, so that the waterproof effect on holes is ensured through multi-layer waterproof arrangement. The whole structure is matched with each other, and a water stop cover plate is connected with an original roof panel, so that the overall rigidity of the waterproof structure is improved, the relative displacement between the flexible waterproof material and the metal roof panel is reduced, and the flexible waterproof material is protected; and meanwhile, good flexibility of the flexible waterproof material is utilized, so that the waterproof part is prevented from being pulled and damaged by vibration and displacement generated by live load.
本发明涉及一种穿透金属屋面板构建的外包防水施工方法,框体伸出基板的上端面,从而通过框体对第二防水卷材提供一定的支撑,有利于减少第二防水卷材的空鼓,有利于减少第二防水卷材收到的拉应力。铺设完第一防水卷材和第二防水卷材之后再通过涂抹防水涂料层进行外部防水,从而通过多层防水设置确保对孔洞的防水效果。整个结构相互配合,采用止水盖板与原屋面板连接,增加该防水结构的整体刚度,减小柔性的防水材料与金属屋面板的相对位移,保护柔性防水材料;同时利用柔性防水材料较好的伸缩性,避免防水部位受到活荷载产生的振动和位移的的牵拉破坏。
