The invention discloses a waterproof alarm disc brake lock which comprises a shell, a base and a case. The base is divided by a transverse U-shaped groove into an upper base body and a lower base body. A mounting groove with the shape matched with that of the case is formed in the upper end face of the upper base body. A round groove is formed in the middle position of the mounting groove. An annular flange embedded into the round groove is arranged on the lower end face of the case. The whole case is detachably embedded and mounted in the mounting groove. The periphery of the side wall of thelower portion of the case is sleeved with a waterproof sealing ring. The waterproof sealing ring can seal the gap between the case and the mounting groove, water can be effectively prevented from entering a circuit board, a battery and other electric elements, and it is guaranteed that the alarm function can be normally used.
