The invention discloses a preparation method of a ceramic plate. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, firing a substrate on which macropores are uniformly distributed; 2, carrying out at least two times of spraying and at least two times of firing on the substrate to prepare a multi-layer microporous surface film; 3, firing after each time of spraying, andthen continuously spraying, wherein the pore diameters of the microporous surface films sprayed each time are different, and the pore diameters are continuously reduced; and 4, changing the aperturesof all the layers of the multi-layer microporous surface film in gradient. According to the preparation method of the ceramic plate and the prepared ceramic plate, the water content of fine-particle-size iron ore concentrate dehydration can be effectively reduced, the attenuation period of the ceramic plate can be effectively shortened, and the filtering efficiency is guaranteed.
