A ceramic plate according to an aspect of the present disclosure has a first main surface and a second main surface, and a scribe line constituted by a plurality of holes formed on the first main surface. When a first bending strength is a value measured by a three-point bending test in a state where the first main surface is supported at two fulcrums and the scribe line lies along a load point applied to the second main surface, and when a second bending strength is a value measured by a three-point bending test in a state where the scribe line is not present between the two fulcrums, the first bending strength is 380 MPa or greater and 0.56 times or less the second bending strength.
