The pipe expander comprises a base and a plurality of liftable lifting ejection plates arranged above the base, wherein the adjacent lifting ejection plates arearranged at intervals, heights of the positions where the lifting ejection plates are located are progressively decreased from left to right in a cascade mode, a plurality of inner cavities are arranged on the base at intervals, multi-section hydraulic cylinders used for controlling lifting of the lifting ejection plates are arranged in each inner cavity, the multi-section hydraulic cylinders lift along the inner wall at the positions of the inner cavities in the base, a plurality of sealing rings which play a sealing role are arranged in the multi-section hydraulic cylinder and between the multi-section hydraulic cylinders and the base, and sealing blocks for sealing the bottoms of the inner cavities are fixedly connected to the positions, corresponding to the inner cavities, of the bottom of the base. The expander has the advantages of being small in size, convenient to use, convenient to carry, simple to operate, high in efficiency and short in repairing time of the sewer pipeline.
