According to the pipeline expander, a driving motor is started to drive stirring blades to rotate, so that the whole device moves in a pipeline; the driving motor is closed, hydraulic rods are started, so that the whole device is fixed to the inner wall of the pipeline, a drill bit is driven to break through the blocked position, the servo motors are started to drive the transmission frame and the arc-shaped expansion plates to expand together, expansion of the deformed and collapsed positions of the pipeline is achieved, in the whole working process, the working difficulty is reduced, and the pipeline expansion efficiency is improved.
