Methods for preparing active magnesium oxide and magnesium cement from lithium extraction magnesium slag by means of membrane separation method
The invention discloses methods for preparing active magnesium oxide and magnesium cement from lithium extraction magnesium slag by means of a membrane separation method. The method for preparing theactive magnesium oxide from the lithium extraction magnesium slag by means of the membrane separation method comprises the following step that: magnesium slag is calcined at 400-800 DEG C, so that a calcined product can be obtained, wherein the magnesium slag is a byproduct magnesium slag of a membrane separation lithium extraction process, and the magnesium slag also contains soluble chlorine salt impurities. A method for preparing magnesium cement from lithium extraction magnesium slag by means of a membrane separation method comprises the following steps of: calcining magnesium slag at thecalcining temperature of 400-800 DEG C to obtain a calcined product; preparing a magnesium chloride solution from magnesium chloride and water; and mixing the calcined product with the magnesium chloride solution to obtain the magnesium cement. According to the preparation method of the active magnesium oxide, provided by the invention, the lithium extraction magnesium slag containing more chloride ions is used as a raw material; the magnesium oxide product with higher activity is obtained by adjusting calcining conditions; and the magnesium oxide is further utilized to prepare the magnesium cement, so that the purpose of converting a large number of waste low-value byproducts into practical industrial raw materials is achieved.
