Mineral wool board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a mineral wool board and a preparation method thereof. The mineral wool board comprises the raw materials of granular cotton, emulsified paraffin and a negative oxygen ion material, and optionally comprises attapulgite clay, modified starch and a flocculating agent. The preparation method of the mineral wool board comprises the following steps of: firstly, sufficiently mixing the emulsified paraffin, the negative oxygen ion material and water; secondly, fully stirring a mixed material prepared in advance and the remaining ingredients with water in a stirrer to prepare mixed slurry; outputting the mixed slurry to a material returning machine; and finally, molding the mixed slurry, and performing drying to obtain the mineral wool board. According to the mineral wool board prepared through the method, the negative oxygen ion material and the emulsified paraffin are mixed, so that the agglomeration of the negative oxygen ion material is effectively avoided, and the mineral wool board has good negative oxygen ion releasing, antibacterial and odor removing effects and has a wide application value.
本发明提供了一种矿棉板及其制备方法,所述矿棉板原料包含:粒状棉、乳化石蜡和负氧离子材料,可选地原料还可以包含凹凸棒黏土、改性淀粉和絮凝剂。所述矿棉板的制备方法,包括下列步骤:首先,将乳化石蜡、负氧离子材料和水充分混合;其次,将在先制得的混合物料与剩余配料在搅拌机中与水充分搅拌后,制得混合料浆;输出到回料机;最后,将混合料浆成型后干燥即得矿棉板。通过本发明方法制备的矿棉板,将负氧离子材料与乳化石蜡混合,有效避免负氧离子材料的团聚,且产品具有良好释放负氧离子功能、抗菌、除异味的效果,具有广泛的应用价值。
