Mineral wool board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a mineral wool board and a preparation method thereof. The mineral wool board is prepared from granular cotton, konjaku flour and a negative oxygen ion material. Optionally, theraw materials of the mineral wool board may also comprise attapulgite clay, modified starch, and a flocculant. The preparation method of the mineral wool board comprises the following steps of: firstly, fully mixing the konjaku flour, the negative oxygen ion material and water; secondly, fully stirring the mixed material prepared in the last step and the remaining ingredients with water in a stirrer to prepare mixed slurry; and finally, molding the mixed slurry, and performing drying to obtain the mineral wool board. The mineral wool board prepared through the method can effectively avoid agglomeration of negative oxygen ion materials, can release a large number of negative oxygen ions, effectively purifies air, obviously reduces air peculiar smells and improves the indoor living environment.
本发明提供了一种矿棉板及其制备方法,所述矿棉板原料包含:粒状棉、魔芋粉以及负氧离子材料。可选地原料还可以包含凹凸棒黏土、改性淀粉和絮凝剂。所述矿棉板的制备方法,包括下列步骤:首先,将魔芋粉、负氧离子材料和水充分混合;其次将上一步制得的混合物料与剩余配料在搅拌机中与水充分搅拌后,制得混合料浆;最后,将混合料浆成型后干燥即得矿棉板。通过本发明方法制备的矿棉板可以有效避免负氧离子材料的团聚,且能够释放大量的负氧离子,有效地净化空气,明显减少空气异味,改善室内生活环境。
