High-strength gypsum plaster board and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a gypsum plaster board. The gypsum plaster board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of building gypsum; 10 to 30 parts of alpha high-strength gypsum; 10 to 30 parts of white cement; 65 to 85 parts of water; 5 to 15 parts of glass fibers; 5 to 10 parts of glass fiber gridding cloth; 0.5 to 2.5 percent of pretreated carbon fibers; 0.2 to 1 part of retarder; 0.1 to 0.5 part of foaming agent; and 0.2 to 2 parts of starch. The invention further provides a preparation method of the gypsum plaster board. The high-strength gypsum board isprepared from the modified carbon fibers, the glass fibers and the glass fiber gridding cloth, the longitudinal breaking load of the gypsum plaster board ranges from 740 N to 770 N; and the transverse breaking load of the gypsum plaster board ranges from 310 N to 320 N.
