The invention relates to the field of gypsum plaster boards, in particular to a high-strength anti-cracking gypsum plaster board and a preparation method thereof. The lignin is modified to prepare a phenolic resin glue solution, and the phenolic resin glue solution is blended with the nano-graphite to prepare the gypsum plaster board. A phenolic resin matrix prepared from the modified lignin is lower in brittleness and higher in mechanical strength, so that the breaking strength of the gypsum plaster board is improved, and the anti-cracking effect is better; the graphite can improve the electromagnetic shielding effect of the gypsum plaster board. In addition, the phenolic resin not only can fill gaps of the gypsum, coat adjacent gypsum particles and improve the mechanical property of the gypsum, but also can improve the water resistance of the gypsum board. The nano-graphite is mixed with the modified phenolic resin glue solution, so that the nano-graphite can be more uniformly dispersed in the gypsum board, and the improvement effect on the product performance is superior to that of direct blending.
