Perovskite-like layered structure compound and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a perovskite-like layered structure compound as shown in a formula Bi8Fe3-xMxTi2O20Q which is described in the specification. The invention further provides a preparation methodof the perovskite-like layered structure compound. The perovskite-like layered structure compound is different from the prior art in which only a bismuth oxide layer structure is modulated independently or the molecular design of a perovskite layer is modulated through a doping agent. According to the perovskite-like layered structure compound of the invention, a bismuth oxide layer is modulated,so that the bismuth oxide layer and a perovskite layer can form new structural units; a transition metal element is used as a doping agent to carry out magnetic ion doping on the B site of the perovskite layer to modulate the molecular design of the perovskite layer, so that the transition metal element doped perovskite-like layered structure compound has high Curie temperature, good magnetism and insulation performance, and has good potential in future energy transmission, energy conservation and other aspects.
