Under-glaze self-luminous decal paper and printing method thereof
The invention discloses under-glaze self-luminous decal paper and a printing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of printing of middle and lower layers of glaze layers. Under-glaze self-luminous ink is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of rare earth aluminate, 3 parts of silicon dioxide and 3 parts of varnish. The self-luminous water transfer printing decal paper for a lower layer in glaze comprises a sticker, a silicone oil layer is laid on the sticker, a reflecting layer with a specified pattern is printed on the silicone oil layer in a coatingmode, a self-luminous layer consistent with the reflecting layer in pattern is printed on the reflecting layer in a coating mode, and a transfer printing film is printed on the upper portion of the self-luminous layer in a silk-screen printing mode or in a coating mode. According to the invention, the self-luminous layer can permeate into a glaze layer, so that a transfer-printed article has a self-luminous effect, the self-luminous layer is positioned in the glaze layer, and the pattern is not easy to fall off; and transfer printing is convenient, and the self-luminous time is long.
本发明公开了一种用于釉下的自发光贴花纸及其印刷方法,涉及釉层中下层印刷技术领域;其中一种用于釉下的自发光油墨,包括按如下重量份组分:稀土铝酸盐7份、二氧化硅3份、调墨油3份;其中一种用于釉中下层的自发光水转印贴花纸,包括贴纸,所述贴纸上铺设有一层硅油层,所述硅油层上涂印有一层具有规定图案的反射层,所述反射层上涂印有一层与反射层图案一致的自发光层,所述自发光层上方丝网印刷或者涂印有一层转印薄膜。本发明能够将自发光层渗入釉层中,使得转印物品具有自发光效果,且自发光层位于釉层中,图案不易脱落;转印方便,自发光时间长。
