The invention provides a manufacturing and construction method of a coke oven flue elbow support frame, which is implemented by the following steps: replacing channel steel with angle steel to manufacture asupport frame, mounting the support frame, reinforcing the support frame, mounting a flue elbow, and pouring the support frame and the flue elbow into a concrete entity to finish the supportingand mounting of the flue elbow. According to the method, the adopted materials are light in weight, the using amount of the materials is smaller, the cost is lower, and the labor investment is saved.
本发明提供了一种焦炉烟道弯管支撑架的制作及施工方法，通过以下步骤来实施：采用角钢代替槽钢制作支撑架，安装支撑架，加固支撑架，安装烟道弯管，将支撑架和烟道弯管一起浇筑成混凝土实体，完成烟道弯管支撑和安装。本发明的方法所采用的材料轻量化，材料用量更少，成本更低，并节约人工投入。
