The invention discloses a ballast track macadam leveling device capable of adjusting the height, which comprises a vehicle body. A driving cavity is formed in the vehicle body; a driving assembly is arranged in the driving cavity; a leveling cavity of which the lower side is communicated with the outside is formed in the left side of the driving cavity; a leveling assembly for leveling macadam isarranged in the leveling cavity; the leveling assembly comprises a leveling screw rod which is rotatably mounted on the left end wall of the driving cavity and extends leftwards to the leveling cavity; a limiting block is fixedly mounted on the left side of the leveling screw rod; and a leveling sliding block in threaded fit with the leveling screw rod is arranged in the leveling cavity in a sliding manner. According to the device, idler wheels are matched with the track, the height of the leveling plate and the height of the pressing block can be adjusted according to needs before work, and therefore the device is suitable for macadam crushing leveling work of tracks under different conditions, when macadam crushing leveling work is conducted, the leveling plate pushes macadam forwards, meanwhile, the pressing block presses the macadam downwards to compact the macadam, and time and labor are saved.
